Join a team
Sunday morning is the work of a lot of people, most of whom you never see. If you would like to be one of them, there is almost certainly a place for what you can do — and no experience needed for most of it.
The teams
Somewhere for whatever you bring.
Worship Team
Musicians and vocalists leading the church in sung worship across both services.
What it looks like: Midweek rehearsal, an early start on a Sunday, and a rota that shares the load.
Tech, AV & Sound
Sound desk, projection and everything that makes the room work — in person and for the people watching online.
What it looks like: Training given from scratch. If you can follow a checklist, you can do this.
Host Team
The first face a visitor sees. Welcoming people at the door, helping them find a seat, and making sure nobody stands on their own with a cup of tea.
What it looks like: Arrive a little earlier, stay a little later, and talk to people.
Media Team
Camera, photography, brand and social — telling the story of what God is doing here.
What it looks like: Shooting on a Sunday, editing in the week, or designing for what is coming up.
Stronger Tots & Stronger Kids
Caring for and teaching our youngest, from the crèche through to year six.
What it looks like: A rota so you are not on every week, with training and a team around you.

Fearless Youth
Walking alongside our young people — being consistent, present and interested.
What it looks like: Weekly youth sessions plus the occasional trip or residential.

Lifebread & The Pantry
Serving food on a Tuesday, packing hampers each month, and getting to know the people we serve.
What it looks like: A few hours, regularly, doing something unglamorous and genuinely useful.
Prayer Team
Praying with people after services and holding the life of the church before God during the week.
What it looks like: Staying behind after a service, and praying when nobody is watching.

No commitment. Tell us what you might like to do and someone from the team will get in touch to talk it through.
Before you ask
You probably do qualify.
Most people who serve here started with no relevant experience whatsoever.
“I’m not skilled enough”
Almost every team trains from scratch. If you can follow a checklist and turn up when you said you would, that is most of it.
“I can’t commit every week”
Nobody does. Teams work on a rota, so most people serve once or twice a month.
“I’m too new”
Some roles ask you to have been around a while first, and we will be straight with you about which. Plenty do not.
